To Know God and Make Him Known

Good teachers are what makes a school work. This month, Marije Puper, from Holland, who has taught grade 3 selflessly at Community Hope for the last 10 years, had to leave Namibia because she could not renew her work permit. She is moving to the U.K to take a position at another Christian school. We will miss Marije. Her shoes will be hard to fill. Many of our students wept openly at the news of her departure.

LETTERS
Every year our first term begins by writing to the wonderful people who sponsor the students at Community Hope. Each student writes a short report to the people who are making it possible for him or her to get an education and good food in a loving Christian environment. This is a lot of work, but it is so important for the students to tell you themselves what God is doing in their lives. It’s one way they can show their thanks to each of you. We are ready to send them to our office in Texas where they will be stamped and mailed to you.
