Archie Beukes Our grade one teacher is Archie Beukes, a born Namibian and our first teacher here at Community Hope School. He and his wife Romé believe that teaching here is a God-given opportunity to do something for the poor and needy in this world. |
Adam Wright Adam Wright came from the USA in 2010 and now volunteers as Community Hope School’s grade two teacher. |
Marye Puper Our grade three teacher is Marye Puper from the Netherlands. After completing her teaching degree in Holland she came to Namibia in 2005 for the School of Reformation. Marye has been with us at CHS ever since! |

Terttu Banda Terttu Banda teaches grade four and manages our kitchen here at Community Hope School; she loves teaching God’s truth throughout every subject. Besides being a committed teacher, she is also a loving wife and mother. |
Celeste Anderson Celeste Anderson is our grade four teacher; she also teaches Afrikaans and Bible in our upper grades. Celeste loves the Lord and is passionate about making His name known. |
Grade 6 & 7 Teaching Staff
Grades six and seven are taught by subject. This is done by a number of additional teachers we have on staff at CHS. |

John & Suzanne Hunter John & Suzanne are the founders and directors of Community Hope School. |
David Echols David is the Director of Administration at CHS and teaches P.E. and Discipleship. |
Jodie Mutwale
Jodie is the Director of Development at CHS and teaches Art/Drama. |
Dorothe Wanga Dorothe is Community Hope’s secretary and school nurse. |
Martha Goliath Martha is a talented and hard working member of our kitchen staff. |
Miriam Schwartz Miriam is the newest member of our kitchen staff. Each day she helps prepare breakfast, snacks and lunches for our students. |
Anna Mathews Anna is another hard worker on our kitchen staff and makes the best birthday cakes! |
David Johannes David loves the Lord and is our dedicated janitor at Community Hope School. |
